Alto Adige is one of the most modern wine-producing regions in Italy. Cantine di Ora is located in the village of Ora and makes wines from grapes grown on the dolomitic soils of the Bassa Atesina. This region is one of the highest above sea level (3300 meters in places) and has a climate that is warmed by Lake Garda.
This is a soft light wine with a rich colour that shows aromas and flavours of plum, cherry, and bitter chocolate and is perfect for lighter meals, charcuterie, or just by itself. It is a pure expression of one of Alto Adige’s indigenous grape varieties.
