Château Le Pin Sacriste is a blend of Sémillon (80%), Sauvignon (15%) and Muscadelle (5%) harvested from 30-40 year old vines.
It is golden in colour and has a characteristic nose which combines notes of exotic fruits, wax, toast and spices.
On the palate it well balanced, with a smooth texture and classic “botrytis” notes, displaying a good balance of acidity and fruit sweetness.
