This Cognac has been created as an homage to the 10 generations of the Ferrand family who passed down their knowledge of viticulture and distillation.
This Grande Champagne Cognac is only made using Ugni-Blanc grapes and is distilled slowly on its fine lees and aged in French oak with 20% in Sauternes casks.
