Jean-Claude Mas, at Domaines Paul Mas, decided to try his hand at a sparkling expression of this grape variety, in a Brut Blanc de Blancs, along with Chardonnay.
Made exactly like good quality prosecco, this is a light, citrus led, sparkling wine that shows the typical grassy notes and salinity that make us go crazy for Picpoul still wines.
