The Court Garden Rose is a deliciously accessible savoury style of pink fizz.
Made in the traditional method with a secondary fermentation taking place in bottle and where the wine is allowed to gain texture with lees contact giving the wine a bready profile.
On the nose it shows lots of rustic hedgerow fruit such as wild strawberries and redcurrants. The palate is wonderfully fresh with a minerally edge, fresh raspberry, cherry and cranberry. Light & easy and perfectly suited to food such as canapes.
