This is a single vintage Calvados from a family estate that wants to express terroir in its cider and its brandies. This brandy is bottled to order and has been aged in a mix of 1200 litre oak vats and 400 litres barrels. This is an intense and aromatic Calvados that shows a predominance of spice and wood characteristics (toast, tobacco, leather, vanilla extract). There are citrus characteristics and aromas as well as rancio.
