Drumshanbo Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey is triple distilled and non-chill filtered using malted and unmalted Irish barley with the inclusion of Irish barra oats; this gives the whiskey depth and an elegant, creamy texture.
Three copper pot stills distil around one cask of spirit each day, making it truly small batch.
The whiskey is then aged in Kentucky Bourbon and Sherry Oloroso casks with no added colourings, ensuring that the whiskey is smooth and elegant with subtle notes of spice.
