The Fishers distillery lies between the sea and the salt marshes in the old fishing town of Aldeburgh. A couple of yards from the distillery door, dittany, lovage, beetroot, bog myrtle, sea purslane, rock samphire, spignel, wood avens and a host of other edible and delicious plants grow in abundance, each with their own distinctive flavour. Fishers infuse these local herbs and coastal botanical, capturing the wild and forgotten flavours of the English coast.
