This rum from Foursquare Distillery in Barbados is a blend of pot-distilled and column-distilled rums, aged for 12 years in American white oak bourbon casks.
It is bottled at 60% ABV and is the 24th release in the Exceptional Cask Selection range.
On the nose, you’ll notice lemon zest, caramel, and ginger.
The palate offers rich flavours of treacle tart, vanilla ice cream, sultanas, and Victoria plums.
The finish is dry, with notes of blueberry, ginger, black cherry, and a hint of peppery spice at the end.
