Hine’s Domaine Bonneuil release is a cognac made from grapes grown on the family’s own estate in the Bonneuil parish in Grande Champagne – arguably some of the finest vineyard in the whole of Cognac. Only 18 barrels were selected for the Bonneuil release in this vintage. It is an exceptionally fruity brandy that shows orange, grape, passionfruit, liquorice and sweet spices on the nose and the palate. The palate is almost jammy and ends on baked pineapple, honey, and spice-box characteristics. Very fine indeed.
