J.J. Corry ‘The Gael’ is the company’s first blended Irish whiskey release. It was awarded a Gold Medal in 2017 at the Irish Whiskey Awards.

Named after a Bicycle J.J. Corry invented, their first release The Gael, took them just about two years to develop.

First they sourced excellent quality and very rare mature Irish Whiskey. Then they set about classifying each cask into a particular flavour block. Finally they began blending to create a Classic Irish Whiskey.

Tasting notes:

Nose: Fresh and delicate aromas of orange blossom, honey, vanilla, lime and lemon

Palate: Juicy and lively with flavours of fresh oranges, apples, honey, mandarin, vanilla and ginger. A well blended whiskey with no harsh elements
