Lyme Bay take great pride in the quality of their cider and the contribution that makes to keeping English cider-making (and drinking) tradition alive. It is no surprise then that they also attach quite a bit of importance to the quality of their brandy. If the french can do it, why can’t we? Why indeed? This brandy shows lovely apple characteristics with caramel and banana characteristics as well and enough warmth to make it an ideal companion for a a strong coffee at the end of a long meal – in Somerset or not.
