The Chardonnay grapes used in the production of this wine were sourced from the commune of Chaintré.
The vinification was ‘traditional Burgundian’, between 6 to 9 days with temperature control in order to preserve most of the aromas.
Floral and fruity aromas of lemon, lychee, grapefruit and pineapple.
A beautifully round and rich palate. Well structured and soft acidity.
