Westbourne Strength is a higher proof version of Martin Miller’s Gin, although it uses the same classic palette of botanicals, with subtle alterations to their balance.
This gin is more traditional in style, with heavier emphasis on juniper and the earthier botanicals cinnamon, coriander and cassia coming to the fore, giving a richer, spicier mouthfeel. Westbourne Strength was developed specifically for cocktails demanding stronger, more complex flavours and ingredients.
