A typically pale style of rosé Champagne that shows attractive strawberry characteristics on the nose and the palate along with raspberry, red cherry, peach and a hint of black pepper on the finish. The blend is 40-50% Pinot Noir, 30-40% Pinot Meunier with 10-20% Chardonnay selected from special reserve wines to create this classic non-vintage expression.
