Albarino has gained a reputation for being able to combine intense fresh tropical and stone fruit flavours to a wine that has body on the palate and sometimes a kind of umami or salinity. This is a fine example in the style. It spends a minimum of 5 months on the lees and 2 months in bottle before release and is meant to be drunk young when the fruit flavours are at their most intense.
