Grange is one of (if not the most) celebrated of Australia’s wines. The 2007 vintage was 3% Cabernet Sauvignon and 97% Shiraz matured in 100% new American oak for 21 months. It is quite an opulent and forward style of this wine and is drinking well now. Although it comfortably rewards three decades (and more) in the cellar after the vintage.
