Bruno Prats, formerly of Château Cos d’Estournel and Charles Symington of Warre’s, Dow’s and Graham’s Port, apply Bordeaux winemaking techniques to grapes usually associated with Port production.
Post Scriptum is made from a second selection of the wines produced for Chryseia, their top wine, and is characterised by upfront fruit and soft tannins with finesse and balance.
While Chryseia takes years to mature, their elegant second wine drinks well younger and offers an early glimpse of what’s to come with ‘big brother’.
It is aged for 12 months in 400L French oak barrels.
