Regarded as the most accomplished terroir of the A.O.C. Saint Romain, with its exposure towards South-East and its limestone stony soil give a wine of personality mixing rich but subtle aromas.
This cuvée is vinified from three distinct plots, with an average vine age of 46 years.
It is aged for 12 months, with 4 months being in stainless steel tank and 8 months in oak barrels (20% in new oak).
