Fashioned and named in homage to the inimitable dancehall days of 1920s Manila and its crown jewel, the legendary Santa Ana Cabaret, once the largest in the world.
Santa Ana Gin is created using Philippine botanicals Ylang-Ylang and Alpinia for delicate floral top notes, in addition to Calamansi and Dalandan for a soft, tropical citrus palate. Along with the classic gin staples of Juniper, Coriander, Lemon, Bitter Orange, Angelica Root and Orris Root.
