A new premium gin from the makers of the classic Bombay Sapphire. This gin bears the name of an enormous sapphire currently in the possession of the Smithsonian Institution. This weighty number is made by adding Calabrian bitter orange peel and Ecuadorian ambrette seed to Bombay’s traditional mix of 10 botanical ingredients. Slightly fuller bodied with an attractive citrus characteristic, this gin is suitable for all cocktails and mixed drinks – we recommend a dirty martini.
