Ah the joys of demi-sec! This wine is made with exactly the same blend of grapes as Roederer’s Brut Premier non-vintage wine. It is aged for at least 3 years before disgorgement and as a result takes on richer and nuttier flavours along with aromas and flavours of toast and brioche. The extra touch of sweetness on the palate helps to reveal delicious peach and apple crumble characteristics and yields a complex and delicious style of Champagne that simply does not enjoy the fame that its quality deserves.
