Featured here is the Tio Pepe En Rama, the purest expression of Jerez and is produced in limited quantities. Along with the Gonzalez Byass 1847 Solera Oloroso Dulce, a cream sherry made with wines that have spent eight years in the bodega’s solera system. And lastly, the Gonzalez Byass Alfonso Oloroso Seco, flavourful and structured with a long and complex aftertaste and slight vanilla touches with a surprising sweet note on the finish.

From smoky notes to smooth finishes, we explored all the nuances that make Fielden Whisky truly unique with the Fielden Rye Whisky, containing hints of caramel and hazelnut, and the Fielden Harvest 2019 Rye Whisky, where the mild weather and summer rain in 2019 produced a rye that was brighter and more delicate. The secret to Fielden lies within the regenerative farming of their fields.
