Bacio della Luna Prosecco Rosé DOC Extra Dry is a bright, berry-kissed sparkling wine perfect when served chilled.
This blend is a cuvée composed of Glera and Pinot Noir.
It’s made at the Bacio della Luna (translating as “kiss from the moon”) winery from vines growing in the picturesque setting of the ‘prosecco hills’ of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. It is a 2019 UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Grapes are manually harvested in boxes and softly pressed to obtain the must, which is then treated by refrigeration and filtration.
Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks between 18°C and 22°C. When fermentation is completed, the stabilisation and Charmat processes follow to round off the wine.
Before the sparkling process, a portion of Pinot Noir is added, which gives this Prosecco its gorgeous rosé colour.

This fresh and balanced Prosecco Rosé demonstrates a soft pink colour as well as a fine and persistent perlage.
It has a fruity bouquet, with notes of wild strawberries, cherry and raspberry.
Ideal as an aperitif with appetisers and paired with seafood dishes.
