Released in 2015, this 1757 range of vermouths are an homage to Cinzano’s founders, Giovanni Giacomo and Carlo Stefano, who launched the business in 1757 in Turin. Each bottle is individually numbered and production is limited.
The carefully selected botanicals macerate in premium Italian wine, ensuring depth and character. The base wine provides elegance, while the infusion of aromatic herbs enhances its distinctive profile. A precise ageing process allows the flavours to integrate beautifully, achieving remarkable harmony.

Nose: Delicate Mediterranean herbs (mint, sage, oregano, thyme) and floral notes rounded by a spiced finish and reminiscences of cloves.
Taste: Fresh, dry and mouth-warming. On the palate, wine notes accompany the Mediterranean herb bouquet. Long and pleasantly bitter finish with wormwood final bitterness.
