Hailing from the port city of Marsala in Sicily, Marsala is a fortified wine steeped in history and tradition. The Ambra, or sweet, style of Marsala gains its amber hue from ‘mosto cotto’ (cooked grape must), which imparts a mellow sweetness and rounded mouthfeel. Marsala Superiore Ambra Secco casks lend this whisky a sumptuous layer of complexity.
Historically prized by blenders and rarely bottled as a single malt, Aultmore remains a Speyside secret, beloved by locals and connoisseurs alike. It’s fruit-foward yet sophisticated.

All these add depth and subtle sweetness to its graceful profile.
