Besserat De Bellefon Bleu Brut is an exceptional champagne distinguished by its unique blend of Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

Champagne brand Besserat de Bellefon first launched in 1843, and it’s gone from strength to strength ever since. For almost two centuries, it has regularly been on the tables of the finest restaurants and best addresses in Paris, perpetuating a tradition of great quality by making wines reserved to the exclusive universe of gastronomy, hotels, wine merchants and delicatessens.

This cuvée represents a unique and singular production process that Besserat de Bellefon’s winemakers have perpetuated since 1930. In fact, the Maison Besserat de Bellefon uses less liqueur de dosage which results in a lighter and more airy foam. Its foam is unctuous, creamy and persistent. Bleu Brut has the particularity of not having undergone malolactic fermentation.

Enjoy Besserat De Bellefon Bleu Brut as a sophisticated aperitif before meals, or to celebrate a special occasion.
