Inspired by 300 years of Navy tradition, Black Tot holds Caribbean rum at its heart. It uses some of the finest examples from Barbados, Guyana and Jamaica to create a rum for today.
The Head Blender, Oliver Chilton, has developed a recipe featuring some of the world’s finest rums while creating a new and individual style. With nothing added or taken away, the final blend has been selected for its ability to allow the individual flavours of each rum to shine.
It is non-chill filtered and aged entirely in the tropics.
Unhindered by convention, they have turned Navy rum on its head – replacing the singular, sweet styles of the past with a multi-faceted, unsweetened rum that focuses on flavour.
Enjoy Black Tot in classic cocktails to provide a funky twist. We find it especially impressive in an Old Fashioned.

Nose: Pineapple, mango, melon and then a feast of Caribbean sweets.
Palate: Full-bodied texture laced with intense espresso at first, before developing into ginger cake, cloves, juicy honeydew melon and warm cardamom buns.
Finish: Lengthy, rounded off with tropical fruits, chili jam, masala chai and vanilla. Overall, exceptionally rich and indulgent.
