Buffalo Trace Distillery partnered with the Chicago Rabbinical Council (cRc) to produce this Wheat Recipe Bourbon.

Using the same high-quality grains as W.L. Weller Bourbon Whiskey, they aged this Kosher spirit in specifically designated Kosher barrels.

To meet Passover requirements, a non-Jewish executive purchased these barrels in a ceremony witnessed by a cRc representative.

After aging for seven years, they bottled this Wheat Recipe Bourbon at 47% ABV, ensuring they cleaned the bottling lines beforehand and avoided contact with non-Kosher spirits.

They release this Wheat Recipe Bourbon after Passover each year, honouring the legacy of America’s oldest continually-operating distillery.
