The use of American oak barrels across the range allows the agave flavours to stand out, while harmonising the complex tastes of the Yucatán region.
Bright in colour with citrus and pepper on the nose. A continuous flavour of rich, cooked agave, spice, subtle wood and herbs are a result of mellowing the spirit in American oak casks for 3 weeks.
