The Robert Champagne Estate is above all a family business. The Robert family have been cultivating vines for several generations.
Their 14 hectare estate in Le Mesnil sur Ogier dates back to the 1900s.
This Champagne is entirely vinified in small oak barrels, to give it complexity and richness and aged on its lees for 10 months.
Malolactic fermentation is blocked, which helps retain the crispness of this great Champagne.
