Champagne Vincent Couche Elégance is a refreshing zero-dosage Champagne with a delicately fruity palate from a biodynamic producer.
This wine is a blend of 73% Pinot Noir and 27% Chardonnay grown in the terroirs of Buxeuil and Montgueux. 30% was fermented in barrel for softness with the remainder in stainless steel tanks. It is sulfite-free, fermented with indigenous yeasts and unfiltered to preserve its unique flavours.
