Court Garden produce this very fine example of Blanc de Noirs from Ditchling in East Sussex. Made from red grapes only, the classic varieties found in areas such as Champagne; Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
Unlike most English sparkling wine, the Blanc de Noirs is matured for 4 years on lees before disgorgement giving the wine a wonderful richness and depth of flavour. A joyous wine with fresh acidity, fine fizz structure and a brioche toast aroma backed up by delicious red fruits and citrus. Incredible value and great for celebrations.
