“Cristalinos”. These are aged tequilas that have been filtered to remove any colour added by the barrel during the aging process, leaving the tequila “crystal clear”, like a blanco.
Dobel Diamante is the first ever cristalino. Created in 2008, at the time, it defied all logic, blending Reposado with Añejo and Extra Añejo tequilas.
