The Dalmore hand-selects these Sherry casks exclusively from the world-renowned González Byass bodega, creating a whisky full of extraordinary character.

Producer’s Tasting Notes

Aroma – Bitter dark chocolate, overripe Seville oranges, Colombian coffee, and toffee apple

Palate – Sweet liquorice stick, Black Forest fruits, roasted walnuts, and thick marzipan

Finish – Ginseng, pear tarte tatin, and Sanguinello blood oranges
