The distillers at Death’s Door in Wisconsin use only three botanicals in their gin; juniper, coriander, and fennel. This simple expression of the spirit has a London Dry flavour but due to the nature of the extraction process, avoids some of the bitterness that can be characteristic of this style.
The result is a gin that is full-bodied, delivering punchy juniper up front, balanced by citrus and spice notes and a hint of fennel on the finish. Enjoy on the rocks, as a dry Martini or in a classic cocktail.
