Domaine Boignieres produces fine brandies from grapes grown on some of Bas Armagnac’s best soils. This 1972 vintage brandy is selected from spirits that Martine – the cellar mistress and proprietor – has deemed fine enough to mature by themselves without being blended across vintages. Expect tobacco, spice, earth, and dried fruit characteristics from this armagnac – along with a pronounced nose and a palate that shows intensity and some tannin.
