Essentia is a new line of cocktail finishes, i.e. hydroalcoholic solutions of citrus essential oils, herbs and spices.
They are used to perfume cocktails without altering their taste. This gives the drink an aromatic elegance.
Essentia use essential oil of Mint, grown in Santa Bianca in the town of Pomarance, near Pisa, in Tuscany.
It is a Bio product, obtained from the distillation of the whole plants and flowers of Peppermint, harvested and immediately distilled.
