This 21 year old Glenfiddich Gran Reserva is a whisky made from malts that were matured in ex-Bourbon barrels and finished in Carribean rum barrels. This adds a touch of moscovado sugar and candied ginger to a nose and palate that already show plenty of baked apple, honey and burnt caramel.
