The distillery produces great quantities of high quality spirit that is carefully aged and bottled under its name. The Founder’s Reserve is a way to commemorate George Smith who founded the first legal distillery in the valley and defended it for years with a pair of pistols. It shows aromas and characteristics of vanilla, toast, toffee, and oak.
