Hazelburn 10 Year Old is an age-statement single malt whisky first produced at Springbank Distillery in 1997.
The Hazelburn range takes its name from one of Campbeltown’s lost distilleries. Making full use of all three stills, this range is triple distilled and unpeated resulting in a spirit that is creamy, delicate and light. This is because heavier flavour compounds remain behind in the still, and any sulphurous compounds lose their impact due to the extra copper contact.
It matured in bourbon casks and was bottled at a robust 46% ABV. This creates an elegant, fresh and interesting dram.
Enjoy Hazelburn 10 Year Old neat. It also shines with a splash of water to fully unlock its complex flavour profile.

Nose: Sweet and tropical on the nose, notes of baked pineapple, lemon sherbet. Honeycomb and dried orange peel introduce this light and delicate dram.
Palate: Sweet and savoury notes come together on the palate, with notes of green apples complemented by a slight vegetal quality. There is a creaminess present in notes of pastel de nata and custard creams.
Finish: There is a subtle earthiness in the finish, with hints of salted caramel, ginger, toasted coconut and then a mineral note.
