Hell’s Stone Whisky of Cornwall is a handmade English whisky, distilled in Jackson in a copper pot still, and aged on the Cornish coast.

It takes its name from a local legend regarding a battle between the Devil and St Michael the Archangel. During an epic aerial battle, St Michael struck a fire-breathing dragon, causing it to drop a red-hot boulder. This spot became known as Hell’s Stone, and locals celebrate St Michael’s victory to this day.

It is distilled by a group of friends who founded the Pocketful of Stones Distillery together.

The whisky-making process at the distillery starts with creating the best possible craft beer. It is then distilled using Jackson, a handmade copper pot still.

This young whisky ages in used oak barrels in the shadow of St Michael’s Mount on the rugged Cornish coastline, in carefully selected oak casks which provide a complex flavour profile.

Enjoy Hell’s Stone Whisky of Cornwall neat, on ice or as part of your favourite whisky-forward cocktails.
