Henriot Brut Blanc de Blancs is the cornerstone of Henriot’s signature style showcasing minerality and complexity.
It is testament to the sheer virtuosity of the Henriot Champagne House with its Premier and Grand Cru vineyards and its rich history, which is inextricably linked to its prestigious Chardonnay terroirs.
Crafted from a majority blend of grapes sourced from Premier and Grand cru vineyards in the Côte des Blancs, notably from the villages of Mesnil sur Oger and Avize, precious reserve wines also account for at least 40% of the blend. It undergoes at least 3 years of ageing, and the dosage is around 7g/L.
A great generosity characterizes this champagne. The diversity of wines selected in the blend offers an ample aromatic range in which exoticism and exuberance are balanced by elegance and finesse.
Soft, rounded and graceful, Henriot Brut Blanc de Blancs makes an excellent aperitif. It also acts as an ideal partner to seafood.
Producer’s Tasting Notes
Nose: multiple aromas intertwine bringing great complexity from flambé pineapple and fresh citrus fruit notes. It also displays wet chalk and subtle pastry aromas.
Palate: this champagne has an incredible velvety texture accompanied by an extraordinary freshness and subtle creaminess.
Finish: delicate with brioche notes.
