This dry white wine is made using a blend of the varieties Roditis 60% and Savatiano 40% from vineyards in the wider area of Stamata and Erythres, Attica.
It is bright lemon in colour, with green highlights. It has an intense floral profile on the nose, with aromas of citrus fruits and apricot. It is elegant on the palate, with crisp acidity and a long finish.
Enjoy with vegetable pies, pasta with light white sauce, seafood risotto and grilled fish.
