Founded in 1776, Champagne Louis Roederer is now managed by the 7th generation of the family, Frédéric Rouzaud.
The estate boasts over 240 hectares of vineyards located exclusively in Grand and Premier Crus villages. This allows them to be self-sufficient for about 70% of their non-vintage production and 100% of their vintage champagnes.
Louis Roederer is a pioneer in sustainable farming. They use organic practices across all their vineyards and are certified organic for 115 hectares, with the rest of the estate transitioning to organic.
They employ biodynamic methods and are inspired by permaculture principles. Their approach focuses on working harmoniously with nature, respecting the terroir, and pursuing exceptional taste.
The Brut Nature is a field blend from a 10-hectare site in Cumières, composed of 46% Chardonnay, 37% Pinot Noir, and 17% Meunier. The grapes are harvested and fermented together.
23% of the blend is aged in oak, and the champagne undergoes no malolactic fermentation or dosage.

The bouquet is pure and elegant, with rich, concentrated aromas. You’ll find delicate notes of citrus peel (lemon and orange), Madagascar vanilla, and hints of baked apple and Tarte Tatin, which evolve
