Producers source the blue Weber agave from the highlands of Jalisco, where volcanic soil enriches each plant with unique minerality. Skilled jimadores hand-harvest the agave at full maturity to capture its natural sweetness and depth. They slow-cook the hearts in traditional brick ovens, releasing caramelised flavours and rich aromas. Distillers then ferment the juice naturally before double distillation ensures remarkable purity and balance.
They age Nohaca Reposado for several months in lightly toasted oak barrels, allowing the spirit to absorb gentle spice and character. This careful maturation creates a smooth and elegant tequila with depth and harmony. Its golden amber hue shines in the glass, reflecting its complexity and grace.
Aromas of vanilla, honey, and roasted agave rise immediately, followed by delicate hints of toasted oak and warm spice.
