Once produced only for the consumption of its inventor, Dario Parra, Orthodoxy Gin is a Colombian gin made from a unique blend of Columbian berries, botanicals, peels, roots and spices. It is rested for a time in Dictador rum barrels to allow the flavours to intensify. Expect juniper and angelica on the nose alongside citrus, mint and pepper. There is fruit and spice from blueberry, ginger and cinnamon and the smooth finish of a classic gin. Enjoy with ice and tonic water.
