Perrier-Jouet Belle Epoque 2014 is Perrier-Jouet’s prestige cuvée – it is packaged in a bottle based on a design by Gallé, an Art Nouveau master.
Pierre Perrier and his wife Adèle Jouet founded the Perrier-Jouet Champagne House in 1811. Produced from exceptional Champagne terroirs (Aÿ, Mailly-Champagne, Avize and Cramant), the house’s wines are renowned for their unique style. They combine aromatic richness, refinement and finesse for a highly sophisticated champagne.
The wine itself is a kind of archetype of Champagne and shows a full range of the aromas and flavours that make this style of wine quite so attractive and delicious – quince, apple, apricot, peach, toast, brioche, brazil nuts, and blossom. A joy.
Aged for a minimum of 6 years in the house’s cellars, this brut champagne comprises a dosage of 8 g/litre.
Enjoy Perrier-Jouet Belle Epoque 2014 well chilled with prawns with creamy polenta, sole meunière or cheeses such as Parmesan or Comté.
