Ruinart Blanc de Blancs is one of the house’s finest champagnes, utilising only white grapes and traditional production methods.
Ruinart are especially proud of the quality of the Chardonnay grapes they use in their wines. As a result the Blanc de Blancs is the house’s flagship wine. The quality of this wine is particularly high and it shows precisely what the style of wine is capable of: linear, and citrus-led in its youth and quite age-worthy showing dried fruit and nutty characteristics provided it is kept carefully in the cellar.
