The abundant fruitful flavours gifted from the distillery’s new make spirit have been thoughtfully balanced through maturation in American and European oak sherry seasoned casks and Bourbon barrels. The considered combination of wood styles celebrates both the origins of the distillery flavour and the diversity of their maturing oak character. Previous releases of this whisky have won awards across the whisky industry. These include the prestigious world’s top single malt Scotch whisky at the 2023 International Wines and Spirits Competition.

Producer’s Tasting Notes
Vanilla and toffee apple. Barley sugar entwines with hints of malt and light oak. Cinnamon is soft alongside heavier notes of sticky ginger cake. Light fruits and gentle wood spices then deliver a sweet soft finish.
